How do you contact tech support there? Just email? Is there a phone number? Do they use support tickets? Do they have a chatroom or forum for tech support? See how fast you get an email back or if they answer the phone when you call them.

Their response may be all you need to know about whether to choose them as your web hosting provider or not.
